INGREDIENTS
One pound of fresh shrimp per person
Seminole Cocktail Sauce or your favorite dip
EQUIPMENT
Large pot and steamer basket

Rinse the shrimp, place in steamer basket and place
in pot with just enough water to steam. (The water
shouldn’t touch the shrimp) Steam until the
shrimp are bright pink, opaque and firm. Once the
water boils, it is usually 3-5 minutes at most.
Place steamer basket with shrimp in the refrigerator
to chill for at least an hour or two, depending
on how cold you like them. Peel and eat!
